Orders and payment

Direct website orders are offers to purchase and are accepted only when we issue an order confirmation.

Payments for direct orders are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

We may cancel or refuse an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, or there is a clear listing error.

Product information

We aim to keep specifications, pricing and availability accurate, but listing errors can occur.

Where a clear pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Arpegus name, emblem, wordmark, imagery, text and website design are owned by ARPEGUS PTY LTD or its licensors.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct or indirect loss arising from website use is limited to resupply of services or the value of affected goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to NSW courts.
